Daytime Photos + Drone = $125

Daytime photos of exterior & interior plus exterior aerial drone shots. Digital retouching (as needed) and digital download.

Additional charges may apply for travel & for homes >4000 square feet. 

Daytime Photos (without drone) = $100

This package provides high resolution daytime photographs of the entire property including front exterior and back exterior photos as well as photos of all major living spaces. Small spaces such as closets, pantries, and garages will not be photographed unless specifically requested. Digital retouching included as needed. This option does not include aerial drone photographs. 

Additional charges may apply for travel & for homes >4000 square feet. 

Stand Alone Drone = $70

Drone photography is great for vacant lots, beach houses, homes with tall stature, and when a property includes a great yard or pool. They are also excellent for showing a property's space in relation to other houses, proximity to parks and amenities, and yard space.
